How does the Booking System work?

All rooms cost $22 plus GST per hour or $160 per day plus GST. This one price includes room rental , all amenities: electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless internet, use of shared facilities ie waiting room, kitchenette, bathroom and car park. You pay for the time you are at the property. All bookings and payments must me made in advance and sessions can be extended via our online booking system...its quick and easy.

Best of all this address is not named, so you can register with your provider details at this address giving you the professional edge. You also have the option of main road advertising by renting signage space, at just $50.00 incl gst per month. This exposes your business details to hundreds of cars in passing traffic, an advertising opportunity that is not easy to come by. Just provide a sign, meeting measurements of 1m x 0.5m for display.

All you have to do is check out the room descriptions and facilities, send us an email and we will meet you at the address for a personal tour.  If you would like to proceed with using 1036 you will be asked to pay a $300.00 key bond and be provided with a key to the property.

You need to provide copies of your current professional registration, public liability currency certificate and driver’s license with your current residential address. You will be provided with access codes to the rooms booking calendar and then get on with running your business at this lovely location.
